‘Rockstars and Superstars - it takes both to make NHS Finance great’

After many months of training online, our annual finance conference demonstrated the benefits of coming together in person. Our Rockstars and Superstars conference aims to recognise the amazing contribution of everyone working in NHS finance, with a particular focus on bands 2-6 and those who are studying. We’re expanding our popular student conference to a wider group, to provide 2 days of development and networking with an optional overnight stay.

The schedule will be exciting and include a line-up of some fantastic speakers, including something for everyone. From top headliners and personal development tips, to sessions that cover current developments in the NHS, this is your one stop shop for personal development alongside an opportunity to network with colleagues from across the Region.

We are keen to ensure this free conference is attended by delegates from across the whole of the Eastern Branch.  Whilst we are hopeful that we will be able to accommodate everyone, we will only be able to confirm places once all bookings have been received.

Rockstars: team members who have grasped their role and are not necessarily looking to take the next step quickly, they form a stable foundation for the team because they set the standard for new staff.

Superstars: the highly ambitious members of the team, they are prepared to dedicate time and energy to move up the ranks and bring new ideas to the team.
