Caroline is the regional director for the NHS in London, which leads the NHS’ work in the capital and has an ambitious transformation agenda.
Caroline was previously group chief executive (2019 – 2023) and deputy chief executive (2012 – 2019) at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, Caroline held a number of senior positions including as finance director at several NHS trusts and as an associate partner in KPMG’s health strategy team.
Caroline is also a trustee of the charity Overcoming MS.
