Briefing / Patients' experience of using hospital services (Kings Fund and Picker Institute)

This report analyses trends in inpatient surveys in NHS acute trusts in England 2005-13. Amongst its conclusions, it notes that there are significant differences within and between trusts in how they approach patient experience work and how they use the data. There is considerable scope, nationally and locally, to make more effective use of the data.
