To provide an overview of the NHS RightCare programme and its work to maximise value by reducing unwarranted variation - value to patients, populations and the taxpayer.

The RightCare approach is being rolled out to all health economies in England as its proven three-phase approach provides a more systematic, evidence-based methodology to service redesign and prioritisation. It is helping many health economies make sustainable change to improve their population’s health whilst making the best investment decisions.

The poster will provide an overview of NHS RightCare’s key strategic work areas; explain the phases of the RightCare approach. Examples of successful change will be provided to demonstrate the benefits of the RightCare approach along with contact details to allow delegates to find out more and how their health economy can get involved.

The poster will aim to raise interest and awareness of NHS RightCare and its central role in addressing unwarranted variation to maximise value.
