Briefing / Joining the dots - Pennine Care Foundation Trust

This report provides an analysis of the organisational readiness for the implementation of PLICS. It considers how the organisation utilises the corporate functions to bring together the expert knowledge required of many specialisms to develop an overall understanding of the patients it cares for and the costs associated with each patient. This ultimately results in the proposal for Business Intelligence Hubs within the trust which long term will transform the way in which corporate services operate and create significant savings in its own right.
