Continuing healthcare (CHC) costs are a significant financial pressure for clinical commissioning groups (CCGs).

To support CCGs and create a better understanding of different approaches to setting fees for CHC, the HFMA's Commissioning Faculty surveyed its members to establish some basic benchmarking information in relation to how fees are currently set and the range of fees themselves.
