Committee meeting summary / Committee summary 13 March 2024
The group noted that the minutes from the previous meeting were an accurate record and noted recent HFMA publications.
The group were updated on regulatory bodies, and on VAT for trading subsidiaries. NHS Charities Together updated the group on their new membership offer and other matters. The group also discussed updates across the four nations. There were discussions about topical issues, which linked into to the 2024 NHS Charities conference programme planned for October 2024.
The members contributed to the 2024/25 updated charitable funds example annual report and accounts.
The work programme was reviewed and priorities agreed, with the group encouraged to focus on outputs which will benefit the wider HFMA membership.
The next meeting will be held 2 July 2024.
