About this event
As part of HFMA president Claire Wilson’s 2024 theme ‘working as one’, this online event will include case studies highlighting examples covering the three main principles of her year: working collaboratively as a health and social care system, working across all professions such as clinical, financial and managerial and working as a strong and supportive NHS finance family.

Chair's opening comments
Graham will discuss productivity initiatives from a clinical perspective and how finance can support them at their organisations. He will explore the best practice models developed by the GIRFT (Getting It Right First Time) programme and how the principles have been developed across the various service pathways.
