About this webinar

The UK's Covid-19 vaccination programme has been at the forefront of the country's pandemic response for the past several months, and primary care has been integral to its roll-out.

Join the HFMA and Capsticks Solicitors for this webinar, looking at how managers working in general practice are adapting to make provisions for one of the biggest vaccination programmes in history.

The webinar focuses on how effective general practice managers have been able to build both teams and team spirit, dealing with high levels of stress and maintaining business as usual operations during the pandemic. It also covers the importance of personal resilience and professional development of managers in general practice, and the need for leadership development or 'liberating the leader inside' at a time where resources are stretched more than ever.

Finally, we look ahead to the future and building on current experience of collaborative working into new models of delivering primary care at scale.

Speakers include Professor James Kingsland, senior partner at St Hilary Group Practice and a founding member of the NAPC, and Peter Edwards, a partner at Capsticks and a HFMA tutor on the diploma in advanced primary care management.
