This session will be hosted by Andrew Bone, Chair of the Scottish Branch Committee and Director of Finance at NHS Borders.

The session will consist of an informal roundtable with panel members Katy Kerr (Director of Finance at NHS Dumfries and Galloway) and Alex Stephen (Director of Finance at NHS Grampian). Andrew, Katy and Alex will share overviews of their career to date, including the lessons they have learned, and their views on the current challenges facing NHS finance.
