The recent NEY Equality Diversity and Inclusion Reciprocal Mentoring programme identified that receiving really great feedback following unsuccessful interviews would be one of the most effective ways to help candidates be successful in the future.  HFMA Northern Branch is delighted to support this agenda with our new course presented by ever popular Kevin Meaney of New Tricks.

This half day course will give you the skills to help you set up your interviews and design your questions to ensure that you always get the best candidate for the role, and to help you sharpen your interview practice with hints and tips that will apply across all organisations regardless of the organisations recruitment practices.

It will also help ensure that your organisation is seen to be actively supportive of all our colleagues and is genuinely a great place to work, attracting the best people to work there.

This course is aimed at anyone who is likely to need to interview in the NHS.

The aim of the session is to enable managers to effectively interview and then deliver high quality feedback to candidates.

This, in turn, will provide development opportunities for both candidates and interviewers and will demonstrate the organisation is taking steps to support the core values on inclusive recruitment in the NHS.
