The HFMA West Midlands Branch is delighted to be delivering a lunch and learn session in October. Delivered by Paul Brown, Chief Finance Officer at Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent ICB, the focus will be twofold.

In this session you will examine some of the technical issues associated with the calculation of the ERF. Secondly it will consider the impact of the ERF to incentivise providers and systems to increase elective workload and reduce the numbers of patients waiting and the length of the waiting list.
