This session will look into the career journeys of two people who are high up within the organisation and how they have managed to get to their current role. This is a great chance to find out how you can develop in your role and all of the requirements and attitudes that will be needed from you. We will discuss the FFF sponsorship programme along with steps to be taken to get where you would like to be! There will be a Q&A after each story so you will be able to ensure you have all the information you need for the future.
