**Martin Wilson, Chief Operating Officer - Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust & Managing Director - Integrated Covid Hub North East & Nightingale Hospital North East 

Martin will give his perspective on a number a high profile projects which have taken place over the last few months including the development of the Nightingale Hospital at pace and the rapid roll out of the vaccination programme across the North East. 

Martin will also talk about how colleagues from different disciplines and organisations have worked together as part of the project teams, how this was managed successfully and some of the learning from the projects will impact future work within the trust and the ICS.
