Event / HFMA Kent, Surrey & Sussex Branch: Building resilience and better life - work balance
PROGRAMME OUTLINE: Introduction
COVID-19 has created an opportunity to reassess what we do, where we can do it and how we work together on behalf of patients and tax-payers. We explore how assumptions drive our behaviour and without being consciously aware, how some habits get in the way of creating a “perfect” life work balance. This zoom workshop provides a safe environment to explore what changes you like to make and how you could consider making them a reality.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Any NHS professional who is seeking to re-balance and build their resilience.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:
This session will help participants to:
- Reflect on how they are feeling about their home life balance
- Identify changes they’d like to make
- Adopt new strategies and techniques to create change
This programme will be delivered virtually via ZOOM. It would be advisable to test that you are able to access ZOOM by clicking on this link https://zoom.us/test prior to booking your place. If you are asked for a password, the test has been successful and everything has downloaded correctly.
