Our staff are at the centre of what we do in the NHS. With so many challenges and demands on the finance function, its easy to forget the importance of maximising the talent we have and supporting team members to develop in their careers.  This session will go through a different approach to team based talent management involving all team managers and the use of personal development plans to help manage the team wide talent.
