If you are an elite sportsman you always have a coach and a mentor who are there to try and get that extra bit of performance out of you to help achieve your sporting goals.

Why don't we all have a coach or mentor to try and ensure that we are the best that we can be?

This session  is geared at students but open to all and will explain

·       The differences between a coach and a mentor

·       how a coach or mentor can be pivotal in achieving your work and career goals

·       What the NHS sponsorship program is and how to get involved

Coaching or mentoring is not just for Chief Executives and very senior professionals and its definitely not all about poor performance. It can be for anyone and we believe that it is especially the case for students and young people who are just starting their career journey.
