HFMA Northern Branch & NENC Skills Development Network would like to invite you to attend a 60 minute virtual lunch time session with John Sunderland-Wright - JS Achieve

12:30 - 13:30 via Zoom

In the past 18 months we have dealt with the most challenging of times. Uncertainty, a sense of loss of control and changes to our working practices have made it difficult to manage ourselves and our teams. Whilst these challenges still exist, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. This means more transition/change - so how are you going to do it? How are you going to help your team? What are you doing about you?

Getting Ready is a workshop that can help you. We will introduce you to a brain-based leadership model SCARF. It is the neuroscience of leadership and will help you understand why we have felt the way we have over the past 18 months, whilst giving you a practical set of tools to help you and your team members deal with the now and the next.

SCARF is all about how you can build your capacity to deal with challenges, to focus your mind and build habits that improve your own and your team’s performance. You will learn and practice techniques that will help develop self-renewal and focus. Using the latest thinking in neuroscience and performance psychology this, practical session will provide you with tools and techniques to be more effective and more in control of the challenges ahead.
