HFMA Northern Branch & NENC Skills Development Network would like to invite you to attend a 60 minute virtual lunch time session with John Sunderland-Wright - JS Achieve

This session provides delegates with the tools to be more innovative and creative. 

Creativity is the process which generates new ideas, and Innovation is carrying these new ideas forward and developing them into something useful. 

We will be tapping into your creative mind and provide you with the tools to evaluate current work processes. This will enable you to explore ideas and opportunities to make improvements for you or your team or organisation, saving time, frustration, and money. 

At the end of the workshop delegates will

• Understand the difference between creativity and innovation
• Learn about the 10 types of innovation
• Understand the process of innovation and balancing the essential tensions
• Be able to use the DO-IT tool, a simple process for creativity and divergent thinking
• Understand the how to undertake a MUDA audit
• Understand and use the Tim K Wood audit
