This course looks at governance during the business cycle, how boards get assurance that their organisation is meeting its objectives. It covers integrated governance, describing how organisations can bring together all the strands of governance. Finally, the course looks at some of the governance issues facing NHS organisations today including the creation of integrated care systems (ICSs).
